Samantha provides knowledgeable and practical advice to private and public sector employers in all areas of labour and employment law.
Samantha received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Charles Edward Woodrow Award for academic excellence and the Faisal Mirza Writing Prize. During law school, Samantha assisted members of the public as part of a clinical placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre and competed as an oralist at the Wilson Moot. During her articles, Samantha completed a secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, assisting Vice-Chairs and Solicitors of the Board on a wide variety of files.
Prior to law school, Samantha earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, and was awarded the Most Outstanding Student Award for graduating with the highest CGPA in her program. Samantha articled with the Firm before her call to the bar in 2024.
