Tim provides strategic and proactive advice on a diverse array of labour and employment issues including wrongful dismissals, human rights accommodation, and grievance arbitrations. He works diligently with both public and private sector employers to achieve practical solutions that meet their respective needs.
Tim earned his J.D. from Queen's University. While there, he was awarded the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP Prize in Public Law, and earned the Queen's Law Prize in both Employment Law and Constitutional Law. During law school, Tim acted as a project lead with Pro Bono Students Canada, undertook the role of Associate Submissions Editor of the Queen's Law Journal, and was a project lead for MyOpenCourt, a free, online employment law tool. Prior to law school, Tim attended Queen's University where he obtained a B.A. (Honours) majoring in History and minoring in Philosophy. He was called to the bar in 2022.
